Lions Parent Association

The Lions Parent Association (LPA) supports the mission of the school by building community through providing opportunities to connect and cultivate relationships, promoting volunteerism, and fostering school spirit.

The Lions Parent Association serves as the primary means of parental involvement and works to strengthen the home and school link. The LPA is organized to provide flexibility and sharing of responsibilities in order to maximize parental involvement as a key element of school culture. They offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities that vary with regard to interest, skill, and time.

Council

The Council serves as the leadership team of the LPA.

Class Parents & Ambassadors

Class Parents (PreK—Grade 5)
Serve their child’s classroom as a communicator, promoter, and organizer, by working closely with the teacher to involve fellow parents by facilitating activities and teacher appreciation. Class Parents are also encouraged to promote schoolwide events and volunteerism.

Upper School Campus Life (Grades 6-12 Parents)
Encourage teachers through the adopt a teacher program. Serve students by providing seasonal holiday treats during the school day.
Cultivate community through encouraging volunteerism and participation in schoolwide events.

Teams

The Mane Event Team

WA dads who organize events to build community among fathers, while supporting the various efforts of the LPA

Faculty & Staff Appreciation

Coordinates appreciation gifts, lunches & encouragement for faculty and staff throughout the school year.

Hospitality & Events

Creates an inviting environment at various school events through greeting, decorations and refreshments.

Prayer & Care

Provides encouragement and support to families experiencing hardship. Encourages our community to pray for our school.

Support

Manages Uniform Bank which funds the LPA.
