Student Ambassadors Attend Center for Christian Statesmanship Award Luncheon

Our 2024–25 Student Ambassador Program is continuing to grow and thrive, providing exciting opportunities for our students. These high school ambassadors actively serve the Headmaster’s office and the Advancement Team, representing Westminster Academy both on campus and within the community. They play a vital role in sharing the mission and story of our school at various events with current and prospective families.

As part of this enriching experience, eight student ambassadors recently had the honor of being invited to Washington, D.C., by the D. James Kennedy Center for Christian Statesmanship to represent Westminster Academy at the Distinguished Christian Statesman Award Luncheon, which recognized Senator Josh Hawley. Founded in 1995, the D. James Kennedy Center for Christian Statesmanship serves as a spiritual outreach to influential men and women in our nation’s government. The Distinguished Christian Statesman Award, in particular, highlights individuals who strive to live out their Christian faith in public life.

During the event, our ambassadors took on the role of hosts, engaged with leaders, and toured the Museum of the Bible. This opportunity is just one example of the broader Westminster Academy experience, showcasing the unique advantages of our comprehensive program. Furthermore, it highlights our strong partnership with Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church and The Center for Christian Statesmanship.

Through these collaborations, we reaffirm our commitment to raising the next generation of Christian leaders. Our programming, grounded in both academic excellence and faith formation, is consistently strengthened and expanded by the shared mission and vision between the church and the school. Together, we provide our students with the tools they need to grow in leadership and faith.
