Dear WA Community,
At Westminster Academy, we often speak about our commitment to excellence and the strength of our community—and recently, we were reminded that this reputation extends far beyond our own campus and even our country.
Last month, we had the distinct privilege of hosting two groups of Christian educators, one from Australia and the other from New Zealand. These visits were the result of referrals from national Christian education leaders who previously spent time with our faculty and recognized the unique culture and excellence at WA. What an honor to be recommended as a model of Christian education!
During their time on campus, these educators met with me and members of our leadership team to learn about WA’s rich heritage, share best practices, and engage in meaningful conversations about the shared mission of Christ-centered education. It was truly inspiring to connect with fellow believers from across the globe—united in our desire to equip the next generation both academically and spiritually.
As we gathered around the table, the words of Proverbs 27:17 came to life: “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” Our time together was filled with encouragement, collaboration, and mutual learning. These moments remind us that Christian education is a global mission, and we are blessed to be part of a larger story—advancing God’s kingdom together.
