Our annual auction is just around the corner! Westy in Wonderland, presented by Benedetti Orthodontics, will be held on Friday, April 11, at 6:30 p.m. at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa.
We need your help to make this event a success by acquiring items! The deadline to turn in acquisition forms is tomorrow, Friday, March 21. Visit wa.edu/auction to download an acquisition packet or complete an online donation form. Simply provide a letter and acquisition form to a business on behalf of Westminster Academy. Restaurant gift cards, spa certificates, and unique experiences are always guest favorites. Students may turn in forms/items to Mrs. Barbar in the Development office (located in the Headmaster’s Office) or at the Welcome Center.
All donations are tax-deductible. Be sure to complete the entire form to receive credit for the donation. Please note that on occasion, donated gift cards may be used to purchase items for guests to bid on, and your family will be recognized. Suggested gift card options include Sephora, Ulta, Kendra Scott, and Amazon.
Students in grades PK2-5: Congratulations to Mrs. Cochrane’s and Mrs. Hebda’s classes for reaching 100% participation for your class baskets first! Thank you to all of our parents who have contributed to baskets. We welcome any additional items you would like to acquire for the silent auction.
Students in grades 6-8 who acquire or donate a $25 gift card/item will receive a homework pass valid for no homework in one class for one night.
High school students will be awarded 2 hours for each $25 gift card/item they acquire or donate (maximum of 6 community service hours).
Parents, reserve your tickets to attend the auction today! Individual tickets are $175, and a limited number of tables of ten are available for $1,750. This event will sell out! Please join us in supporting your school!
