Our sixth-grade students began the school year with an exciting spiritual retreat at Treetop Trekking Miami and Tigertail Recreation Center! From ziplines and trekking courses to kayaking, canoeing, and water challenges, the day was packed with adventure, fun, and fellowship. Guided by our theme, “Chart the Course,” Mr. Ben Langley led morning devotions from Colossians 3:1-3, reminding students that their true identity is found in Christ: “your real life is hidden with Christ in God.” In the afternoon, he spoke about Jesus’ identity, shared the gospel, and explained how each student can receive Jesus as Savior and Lord.
