We’re excited to launch Discover After-School Enrichment Clubs for Lower School and PREP students this quarter—led by our faculty and staff! These weekly clubs provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, social skills, and personal growth. Clubs meet once a week from 3:00–4:00 p.m., August 25–October 3. Pick-up is from 4:00–4:30 p.m. via the 22nd Ave car line. Registration opens Tuesday, August 19, at noon at wa.edu/discover. Join us this Friday, August 15, at 6:00 p.m. for the Varsity Football Kickoff Classic and Back-to-School Tailgate at the west campus Athletic Complex. The Lions Varsity Football Team will take on the Somerset Academy Key Lions with the game kickoff at 7:00 p.m. There will be fun for the whole family! Be sure to come hungry—food will be available from the Lions Athletic Club Concessions Stand and a dessert food truck. Both cash and credit cards will be accepted. We are looking forward to another exciting year in athletics at Westminster Academy. We are offering stadium-style box seating in the gymnasium and football stadium to support the Basketball, Cheer, Football, and Volleyball programs. This unique seating is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our athletic programs and provide a comfortable and unique athletic experience for our family and fans.
