Fourth-grade students concluded their Florida geography unit with an exciting field trip to Everglades National Park. They explored Shark Valley and Gator Park, gaining an immersive experience of Florida’s unique habitat. At Shark Valley, students enjoyed a scenic tram ride through the Everglades, observing wildlife like alligators and blue herons. They also climbed the Lookout Tower for panoramic views. From the top, they could truly grasp the vastness and beauty of the landscape that God has created—a place so unique that it stands as one of the world’s most remarkable ecosystems. The sixth-grade students had an unforgettable spiritual retreat as part of their faith journey, centered around the theme “God’s Blueprint on Love,” inspired by Matthew 22:37–39, where Jesus teaches about the greatest commandments: to love God with all your heart, soul, and mind, and to love your neighbor as yourself. This foundational concept shaped their day as they reflected on how love is central to their relationship with God and others.
