Earlier this month, our seventh-grade students took part in a special event dedicated to service and celebrating the unique gifts of every individual. WA partnered with Super School, a nonprofit organization supporting students with varying disabilities, for an unforgettable field day filled with interactive activities, teamwork, and lots of joy! Through games, laughter, and meaningful connections, our students had the opportunity to share God’s love and celebrate the beauty of being uniquely made in His image. The Lions Parent Association invites you to join us for our 2nd Annual Father-Daughter Dance on Saturday, March 22, at 7:00 p.m. at the WA James F. Lindsay Gymnasium. Fathers, uncles, grandfathers, stepfathers, and significant male role models experience a fun-filled night of dancing and music that your little girl will never forget. Westminster Academy students showcased their musical talents in the All-County Honors Orchestra and All-County Honors Band, prestigious events that bring together top young musicians across Broward County. Over four days of intensive rehearsals, guided by a distinguished conductor, these students prepared and performed three exceptional pieces. Orchestras were grouped by age: Bronze (6th grade), Silver (7th & 8th grade), and Gold (high school). Last week, we welcomed students and parents to a College Planning Evening designed to provide essential guidance on advanced coursework and the college admissions process. With a strong commitment to academic excellence and preparation, the event featured two informative sessions aimed at equipping families with the knowledge and tools necessary for success in their journey toward college.
