Over the last month, students from lower school, PREP, and upper school had the opportunity to attend various field trips spanning the state of Florida all the way up to Boston, Massachusetts. These trips have provided many educational opportunities as well as a chance for camaraderie with fellow students. The Fishing Tournament presented by the Lions Parent Association is coming up on Friday, March 31. Please register by Friday, March 17, to receive a long sleeve performance shirt (UPF 50+). Last week was full of school spirit in honor of Winter Court with dress-up days, hallway decorations, the Winter Court presentation in the Upper School chapel, and Friday’s pep rally. All festivities led up to the WA Lions basketball game on Saturday, February 4, against Saint John Paul II Eagles. The Lions, who rank #3 in their division, defeated the Eagles 78–56.
