Fourth-grade students concluded their Florida geography unit with an exciting field trip to Everglades National Park. They explored Shark Valley and Gator Park, gaining an immersive experience of Florida’s unique habitat. At Shark Valley, students enjoyed a scenic tram ride through the Everglades, observing wildlife like alligators and blue herons. They also climbed the Lookout Tower for panoramic views. We celebrate the accomplishments of seven students who earned the prestigious AP Capstone Diploma during the 2023–24 academic year. The following students were awarded the AP Capstone Diploma by earning scores of 3 or higher in AP Seminar, AP Research, and on 4 additional AP Exams: Alessia Boeri Thomas Breza Stefen Cammarata Andrés Delgado Samantha Omslaer Kaylee Graves Hannah Valdivia Additionally, Karlynn Cordano has earned the AP Seminar and Research Certificate during the 2023–24 school year.
