For 36 years, Westminster Academy’s PK4 students have proudly participated in the beloved Red, White, and Blue Bike Parade in honor of Veterans Day. This longstanding tradition allows our youngest students to celebrate the day in a meaningful way, decorating their bikes with patriotic stars, stripes, and American flags before riding through the Lower School hallways and gym. This year, we were honored to have two parade Grand Marshals: our favorite Lion, Westy, and our Veterans Day Chapel speaker, WA alumnus David Carter ’14, now serving as the PCA Army Chaplain with the 2nd Battalion, 87th Infantry Regiment at Fort Drum,...

We are excited to offer Discover After-School Enrichment Clubs led by our very own faculty and staff for the first quarter. The clubs are designed to provide a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for Lower School and PREP students after the regular school day ends. Through these clubs, we seek to enhance the educational experience by offering a variety of engaging activities that provide academic support, physical activity, and personal growth. We have intentionally designed each club to foster creativity, critical thinking, and social skills.  Club fees are $120 plus a $10 supply fee if needed. These clubs will meet once...

The students showed their dads how to “pop see ko” and enjoyed a donut party. Later in April, the PK4 students will welcome dads to the Dad is My Superhero event. The students will wear masks and capes while having cookies with their Superhero Dads. Our youngest students have prepared a...

Service is a trait we focus on throughout the school. Our Lower School and PREP students had a wonderful opportunity to be a part of blessing students at College Susan Schuenke in Haiti. The Lower School and PREP Student Council packed over 300 bags with presents for each student at the school. They also made Gospel bracelets to help share the love of Christ. Not only did this project allow our younger students an opportunity to serve, but WA alumni were involved as well! Sling bags were donated by Chris Carneal, Class of ’98, of Booster, and in conjunction with...
